A wine made from Chardonnay grapes, some of which have botrytized, which ages in stainless steel. It has a bright and lively straw-yellow color and aromas that in textbook fashion bring out the note of oyster typical of Orvieto’s great whites and all on a bed of yellow flowers with sensations of saffron and those given by the noble rot. The mouthfeel is simply exquisite, very fruity and flavorful with a lively but never incisive acidity, compared to other Orvieto whites, and a subtle and deep finish of graphite and saffron. A technically impeccable wine and, at the same time, a very original one that can even approve. This will shine when paired with fusion cuisine.
