Mantonico di Bianco 2005

Another rarity made from 100% Mantonico grapes that also raisinate for ten days and are fermented in steel.
The color is a bewitching topaz with fiery-red streaks. The bouquet has exquisite fragrances of candied exotic fruit cocktail and orange honey together with a touch of spice and peat. The mouthfeel is quite impressive for its boldness and body, a perfect balance between the sugars and acids together with a slight and unexpected tannic component. The flavor liners long in the mouth upheld by a nice level of alcohol. A nectar that leaves its mark. Both wines are great to pair with sharp and flavorful cheeses.
