A blend of Malvasia and Corinto Nero grapes that have dried on racks. The wine has a bold, golden-yellow color and an aroma with an attack of dried apricot, quince and mustard candied quince and mustard candied apple with a coquettish hint of candied fruit from a panettone. The mouthfeel is sweet, warm and relaxed with an excellent persistence. A tad of acidity would have cheer this up but it remains a very meditative wine. * 500ml bottles.
