A single-grape Malbech wine that is fermented and aged in stainless steel with a brief maceration on the skins. The wine has an intense, ruby-red color with purple reflections and the attack of the aroma has an inebriating scent of green peppercorn that then gives way to notes of small red fruit, especially raspberry, and violets. The bouquet then opens to vegetal notes and those of spice and a hint of tobacco. The fruit element is evident in the wine’s full favor with a full, soft and wrapping mouthfeel that has integrated tannins and an elegant freshness that uphold its drinkability. Persistent.
