A blend of 60% Trebbiano and 40% Pecorino that ferments in barriques for 40 days and then matures for 18 months without any filtering. The wine has a golden-yellow color and the aroma has a variety of spice notes and those of aromatic herbs as well as a delicate note of flint. The mouthfeel is broad and bold but at the same time sharp, elegant and bracing with a dynamic and harmonious progression with an amazing persistence. A wine with extraordinary character.
