    A blend of various varietals from the Fattoria del Pometo estate, primarily Grechetto, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. It is fermented and matured in stainless steel for several months and comes out very early.

    The straw-yellow color has green reflections and the clear and intense aroma has scents that range from boxwood to tomato leaf, along with a touch of asparagus, an intense floral component and a note of white peach. The pleasing mouthfeel is slightly vivacious with a nice acidity and salinity. The finish is light but satisfying making this incredibly easy to drink.
