A blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Canaiolo with a thick and intense ruby color that has a nice concentration. The aroma is calibrated, broad, assorted and pleasing with notes of pepper, cardamom, marjoram, cherry jam, cassis, prune, black mulberry and blond tobacco. The mouthfeel has a dynamic balance between the tannins, body and acidity with an elegant salinity and full, very persistent finish. A wine with a youthful personality that promises to age well and long.
