    Truly formidable for a Chablis but then Les Clos is in a class all its own. Fevre is one of the producers for which nothing is small. This wine has a golden-yellow color and its impressive aroma changes in the glass, especially after breathing and warming, with notes of lavender, wet rocks and apple jam. The structure of the mouthfeel is anything but commonplace and is embellished by its acidity. A truly ‘structured’ white with a very long finish.
