A sensorial sensation with a lovely and gentle appearance and a yellow-green color that makes it look as if it has just been bottled. The Coche style is inimitable and extremely recognizable with a bouquet that explodes with iodine and mineral sensations, almost sulfurous. Breathing allows the bouquet to become even more complex with scents of candied citrus fruit, lime, slate and a pinch of oriental spice. The mouthfeel has energy to burn and, while rich in texture, is sharp to the taste with an acidity that is always perfect. A wine and a producer that set the bar.
