Made from Nebbiolo grapes and matured in 18hl oval barrels for around 18 months.
The wine has a lively and bright ruby-garnet color and a delicious and distinct bouquet with notes of currant, a little violet and some hints of spice on a background that recalls cranberry. The mouthfeel is elegant and agile with thick and very fine, tight and elegant tannins nicely held up by a fantastic saline acidity and a taut, refined and multifaceted flavor that makes it both drinkable and complex at the same time. Its technical rigor and bold but not heavy body make this a surprising wine. A real find.
