Made from Glera grapes using the Charmat Method as a Brut with a sugar residue of 9g/l. The wine has a classic straw-yellow color and a lovely, lively and persistent effervescence. The impact of the aroma is distinctly that of white pear followed by notes of grapefruit and floral hints and overall the bouquet is very fresh and fragrant. This is also true of the mouthfeel that has an evident acidity and balance with a pleasing and flavorful vivacity. The bubbly’s style is modern, which also explains its international success.
