A blend of the native Lunigiana varieties Albarola, Durella, Verdarella and Vermentino that macerates on the skins for five days in stainless steel vats and then sits on the lees for four months. Its golden color has pink-gold reflections and the intense and complex aroma is of tropical fruit and quince apple enhanced by a green, herbal streak of anise, thyme, medicinal herbs and a touch of spice. The mouthfeel is dry and full, very flavorful and saline with a surprising sensation of rose in the finish. This is an ancient wine that recalls a stroll through Mediterranean brush.
