Made from Nero d’Avola grapes that are harvested at night and then ferment and age in stainless steel. The wine has a Tropea onion color and a clear and clean bouquet with scents of small red fruit and dark floral notes with hints of face powder and Mediterranean herbs. The mouthfeel has a soft, progressive and tasty attack with notes of licorice and pink salt. The moderate acidity and medium texture make this a good drop.
