It all began with Keil, the icon of Lago di Caldaro (or Kalterersee) reds that is made mostly from Schiava grapes. It has a pale ruby color, a bouquet of currant and yeast and an agile, fresh taste with nice persistence.
Serve at 14°C with speck and cold cuts in general.
