    The bold and luminous golden color is impressive for the density of its texture and not just its color. The aromas are extremely precise and decidedly lean towards yellow fruit jam and gelatin with a distinct, almost mentholated balsamic sensation. The mouthfeel is explosive and very fresh and elegant and while the sweetness is evident it is never sickly. The persistence is infinite.
