A blend of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Alicante, this wine was made with ‘Etna millstone’ (so says the lable), aged in cement, It has a lively yet not excessively dense red color and the aromas are lovely and include baby rose and wild flowers with some underbrush nuances. The mouthfeel is fine, elegant, fresh and pulsating. A big surprise with a great overall balance.
