    Made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this wine ages for about a year in small barrels of French oak. It has a bright ruby color with aromas of black cherry, spice and blackcurrant. The mouthfeel is harmonious without any tartness and with an excellent length. Serve at 18°C and pare with grilled lamb chops.
