This is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with small addition of Cabernet Franc. The color is a bright ruby and it has intense yet delicate scents of violet, wild berries and a slight woody note. The taste is elegant, balanced and very fine.
Serve at 16°C with roast lamb or chicken with peppers.
