Il Nespoli 2010

Made from Sangiovese grapes and aged a year in barriques, this has an intense ruby-garnet color and typical, wrapping aromas of black cherry, vanilla and sweet spice that create a bouquet of rare integrity. The mouthfeel is distinct, full, taut, wrapping and warm, all upheld by the acidic and tannic components and very long. A great red that is still a youngster and will age long as time tames its adolescent tartness.
