Made from Chardonnay, the wine ages in stainless steel vats for six months. With its pale, straw-yellow color, this is a textbook Chardonnay with its bouquet of yellow and white flowers, gorse and daisies that then evolves to include a touch of peach and a hint of grapefruit in the finish. The mouthfeel is fresh, balanced and soft yet without losing its tension.
