Only 600 bottles were produced of this impenetrable wine, a blend of Colorino, Canaiolo and Sangiovese. It is an amazing wine that at the beginning is almost difficult to appreciate it is so deep but that is then able to win you over with each sip. The aromas of dark wild berries are dense and profound, mixed in with those of spice dominated by coffee and sandalwood. Dried fruit and blood notes stand out followed by those of wilted violet, licorice and black pepper along with a pleasing minerality.
