A luminous, straw-yellow color with very classic, almost smoky aromas (toasted almonds), floral notes and mustard nuances. The mouthfeel is savory yet dry with a broad and almondy finish, all in the usual Apiro style. The finish is very broad with perhaps an evolved aromatic hint, then again it was a torrid year. Ready now and good at least for the next ten years.
