This is a very fine wine that has the perfect combination of being immediately drinkable as well as improving with age for those who have the time and desire to wait. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes, respectively 50-35-10-5%. The grapes are cultivated according to biodynamic methods and they are harvested and fermented separately. After blending and malolactic fermentation the wine first ages 16 months in wood and then in the bottle. It has a concentrated ruby color and thanks to the unique year it has a personality and refinedness in every stage of tasting. The aroma has black cherry and ripe blackberry jam, ground coffee, pink peppercorn and juniper berries on a hint of new leather and minerality. The mouthfeel confirms its promise and is both rich and muscular, with silky tannins freeing its freshness. The aftertaste is harmonious and persistent.
