    Made from Bellone grapes and matured on the lees in cement vats for a few months without being filtered when bottled. A bright, straw color and an intense floral aroma with hints of pineapple and medlar. The mouthfeel has a medium texture and is flowing, flavorful and saline with great balance and drinkability and a persistent finish.
