    Made from Nuragus grapes and aged in stainless steel. The wine has a straw-yellow color and an aroma of peat, iodine and thyme. The mouthfeel is full, taut, nervous and classically austere yet with an unmistakable personality. Vintage 2015 (also excellent) is already available but we wanted to draw attention to the 2014 because of this ancient grape’s surprising capacity to age.
