The 20-year-old Pecorello grapevines are vertically trained on hills a few kilometers from the sea. The wine ages in stainless steel sur lie for six months and has a clear, straw-yellow color, while the aroma has scents of yellow fruit and yeasts. The mouthfeel is saline, very pleasing and taut and has a nice body and a subtle and long persistence.
