Roberto Ceraudo has produced his organic wines in Petelia, today Strongoli, since 1973. He has a 60-hectare farm, of which 20 are vineyards, where the soil, sea and sun create a unique microclimate and micro-environment that play a leading role in everything he produces and not just the wines.
Grisara is made with only Pecorello grapes, which was considered a minor grape in Calabria. It has a straw-yellow color and a bouquet of apple, plumb and citrus, basil and wildflowers. This is a very polite white wine, simple and effective, marked by its freshness, softness and persistence.
