Grifoglietto 2012

Made from only Aleatico grapes, the wine ages for five months in cement vats. It has a purple-red color and a pronounced and fragrant aroma with distinct notes of dog rose, cinnamon and white flowers, while the mouthfeel is extremely agile and juicy and the tannins are only hinted at in the finish. These are all characteristics typical of Grenache, excuse me, Aleatico. A small Adriatic Beaujolais that will surely please the wine lovers of the new millennium, especially those who love to drink wine while eating.
