Made from Greco grapes and aged in stainless steel. A bright, golden-yellow color and an aroma with a citrus profile and notes of ginger and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is vertical, nippy and pleasingly salty with a long finish and an aftertaste of dried fruit and resin.
Only a few thousand bottles were made, not available retail.
