A blend of Malvasia del Lazio with small amounts of Malvasia di Candia and Bombino that ages in stainless steel. It has a straw-yellow color with luminous golden reflections and a bouquet of pear, ripe yellow plum, gorse and sage along with a note of freshly cut grass and slightly smoky whiffs. The mouthfeel is wrapping and silky yet also fresh and saline in an elegant balance with some pleasingly almond in the finish.
An excellent wine to pair with fettuccine with porcino mushrooms or even ox-tail meatballs.
