A blend of 53% Pinot Noir and 47% Chardonnay Grand Cru grapes vinified in stainless steel vats - according to the Lanson style and without malolactic fermentation – which aged for over seven years in the Maison’s cellar before being disgorged in 2015 with a dosage of 9g/l to balance a particularly luminous and fresh vintage that has 9.5/l of acidity.
The Champagne has a lucent, white-gold color and a light, elegant and vivacious floral bouquet that also has full notes of white fruit, candied citrus, honey, nougat and lemon cream. The mouthfeel is balanced, savory and almost mentholated with alternating sensations of citrus and whole-grain brioche along with a nicely precise acidic vein which promises that in the future this young champagne will be complex and rewarding.
