(Harvest between September 10 and 15, bottled in 2006, disgorged in February 2016, dosage 3g/l). A difficult growing season to manage. The harvest was moved up slightly in order to have wines that were not too rich and to benefit from a cooler second half of August. Ruben Larentis said it was difficult not to get caught up in the quest for boldness, while at the same time seeking delicacy, and that the most difficult part was choosing the right dosage, which in the end of 3g/l. The bouquet is fresh and fine with mentholated notes and sharp ones of lime, citron and bergamot and a veil of roasted almonds. The mouthfeel is fruity and citrusy and dominated by green apple with a slight rigidity together with iodine and salty sensations, while the tension indicates a slow evolution that is harmonious and defined.
