A Chardonnay that I consider to be one of the best Italian white wines ever made, especially during the 1997-98-99 period. It has rich and intact golden-yellow color and a caressing bouquet of peach jam and candied fruit. The mouthfeel is very soft but not too sweet, decidedly lively but, above all, with great opulence and structure.
