Vintage tastings (3): White wines of the 1990s

It is fun to go back to wines that impressed us in the past. Their memories are still alive and although some characteristics have changed due to age, these wines are far from approaching twilight. These are obliging wines which have obtained structure and softness along with light and intriguing notes from bottle aging.
