A dark-ruby color with a purple edge and a bouquet that opens with fragrant scents of white pepper and raspberry juice and a splendid and very fine herbal note. The mouthfeel has a medium-to-full body with bitter yet fine tannins and it even becomes refreshing in the finish with a balsamic persistence. With breathing notes of juniper and lactic oak emerge along with a sensation of mint. The greatness of Merlot in a bottle and while the wine will improve with age, it is already wonderful now.
