This was the only wine that suffered from aging. It had an almost opaque garnet color and scents from bottle aging like chocolate brittle, anchovy, dried fruit and cola. The mouthfeel lacks neither body nor dynamism and while the tannins were as always of a superior elegance, the fruit was missing in the finish. Still drinkable and a worthy finish to a vertical tasting that surpassed expectations.
