A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Nero fermented off the skins and 30% with brief contact on the skins that is given a dosage of 7g/l after sitting on the lees for 45 months. The wine has a fine effervescence and a bright pink peach color with salmon reflections. The delicate bouquet has scents of almond cookies with notes of yeast and the freshness of currant and raspberry and a light nuance of rose water. The vital mouthfeel has texture from the structure that is in balance with the acidity while the flavorful finish has a nice persistence.
