Franciacorta Flamingo Rosé

A blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Nero made in part in stainless steel and in part oak barrels to then sit for at least 24 months on the lees. It has a tenuous pink color with sunny reflections and an aroma of golden delicious apples together with a wonderful bouquet of white flowers with dark accents and a light sensation of peach. The excellent effervescence is thick and insistent and the mouthfeel is flavorful with a nice attack, a good acidity and balance, while the finish has a return of dark flowers.
