Made from only Negroamaro grapes the wine sits for 36 months on the lees and was disgorged in 2015. It has a delicate, onionskin color and a very fine and elegant effervescence. The bouquet has notes of white fruit, crispy peach, ripe pear, white mulberry, pink grapefruit, currant and rose petals. The mouthfeel has a lively and insistent saline note, an excellent freshness and a measured finish.
