Made from only Fiano grapes grown in a loose soil with an average amount of clay and limited moisture retention. The wine ages steel vats for at least six months and has a bright, straw-yellow color and aromas of apple, tomato leaf, sage and nettles. The mouthfeel has structure and is saline with a rich freshness and a long aftertaste with a slight return of iodine.
