Fiano di Avellino 2009

The color is almost subtle, a clear golden. The bouquet is extraordinarily fragrant with scents of flower pistils, peanuts and a light smoky note. The flavor is very fresh, almost citrus-like, pungent and refreshing. Even if the texture is not exuberant, it still satisfies without too much cerebral effort. Although five years old, this wine seems as if it was bottled yesterday.
