Here again the way the hot year was interpreted was outstanding, the splendid result being due not only to the great skill of the winemaker but also the altitude of the vineyard and the terroir. The color is a bold and dense golden-yellow, while the aroma is strangely elegant, composed and intact, despite being 15 years old, making it rival even a great Burgundy Chardonnay. The mouthfeel is totally in focus, rotund and ever rich in texture, stimulating with its caressing softness, upheld by a lively acidity.
