Felice Ceci Nero di Troia 2007

This was the best bottle tasted. A Nero di Troia with character and elegance, made from grapes from a single vineyard with only a few thousand bottles produced. The prolonged use of tonneaux contributed to creating an enviable mix of fruit and aromas. The flavor begins distinctly with cherry backed up by black pepper spice. The nose is deep and recalls damp earth, truffles and balsamic scents.
