Made from Trebbiaano Spoletino grapes and using only stainless steel for fermenting and aging. The wine sits on the lees for a few months before being bottled and this gives it a nice, slightly golden straw-yellow color. The aroma has notes of peach tea and green tea and a light balsamic touch that leans towards anise. The mouthfeel is full and progresses with a nice acidity and a slightly youthful streak. A wine that goes down excellently thanks to its salinity and good finish.
