    An intense ruby and slightly garnet color and a wrapping, ethereal aroma with scents of red currant, raspberry jam, blond tobacco and sweet spice, in particular vanilla and cardamom. The mouthfeel is warm, saline and bold with thick yet non-aggressive tannins, a very Mediterranean saline acidity and a slightly alcoholic sensation ahead of a long persistence.
