    The Falanghina grapes (Falerna biotype) are picked at night and 5% of the wine ages in barriques, 10% in terracotta amphorae and the rest in stainless steel vats. The straw color is slightly golden on the edge and the aroma opens with floral and slightly citrusy fragrances followed by notes of yellow plum, pear and apple. The pleasing mouthfeel is saline, fresh and subtle with an excellent persistence and a peppermint aftertaste.                                                                                                                                                                                       Annual production: 70,000 bottles.
