    A beautiful, bright straw-yellow color and an initial aroma with typical notes of lemon verbena and sulfur hints followed by fruity sensations of pear and star anise. The full mouthfeel has an excellent body and an acidic tension that counterbalances the opulent structure allowing it to be saline, taut and gritty. The aftertaste has a lovely persistence.                                                                                                                      Annual production: 11,000 bottles.
