    Made from Falanghina grapes in part from the area of Bonea, the wine ferments and matures in French oak barriques. It has a bright and intense golden-yellow color and a bouquet of candied citrus, wild fennel, pineapple and sultana grapes. The mouthfeel is surprisingly fresh, despite being nine years old, as well as salty and the persistence is long.
