Extra Brut Salvàdek 2007

This is certainly a very alluring wine, also the product of a hot year, and you could say it is manifests the more 'feminine' spirit of this winery. The color is a very intense straw-yellow with golden reflections. The aroma has an impact that is soft yet complex with scents of almond candy, a touch of yellow peach and orange together with a chlorophyl vein of eucalyptus that offers a breath of freshness. The flavor has quite a soft attack that leans towards sweet while the progression is intense even if not exactly agile, with a very delicate effervescence that struggles to support it. The finish is quite nice even if not very long and with a plesant almond aftertaste. A 'pick-up' bubbly.
