A 100% Muscat Ottonel from Plovdiv which ferments and ages in stainless steel vats. It has a very bright straw-yellow color wrapped in green reflections. The aroma has intense scents of white rose, lily of the valley, apricot, sweet orange peel and a delicate note of sage and cardamom. Although the aroma may have indicated otherwise, the wine is dry on the palate with just a hint of caramelized sugar while the mouthfeel is fresh and tasty, balanced and persistent. The quality/price ratio is excellent.
Perfect as an aperitif and to pair with shellfish or fresh goat cheese.
